Privacy Policy
YaH Brands helps creators build, launch, and legally operate their own brands. This policy explains what information we collect across our branding, website, business formation, and compliance services, why we collect it, how we protect it, and the choices you have.
Last updated: October 3, 2026
Who we are
"YaH Brands," "we," "us," and "our" refer to YaH Brands and its affiliates. "You" and "client" refer to any person or business that visits our website, submits a form, or engages us for services. We act as the data controller for information collected through this website and as a service provider for information you ask us to submit to government agencies or vendors on your behalf.
Information we collect
We only collect what a service actually requires. Depending on what you request:
Information you give us
- Contact details: name, email address, phone number, mailing address.
- Business details: business or brand name, entity type, state of formation, ownership and member information, industry, timeline, and goals.
- Brand and creative inputs: logo files, brand names, taglines, color and style preferences, photos, copy, and other materials you upload for BrandSuite packages, websites, and print items.
- Filing and compliance information required by government agencies: registered agent and business address details, responsible party information, and, where a filing legally requires it, government identifiers such as an SSN or ITIN for EIN applications, or officer/director details for corporate filings.
- Financial and operational information for bookkeeping, tax, banking, payments, insurance, funding, and business credit services: statements, invoices, expense records, revenue figures, and similar records you choose to share.
- Account and payment details: billing contact, and payment information processed by our payment processor (we do not store full card numbers).
- Correspondence: messages, form submissions, coaching or strategy session notes, and support requests.
Information we collect automatically
- Device and usage data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring pages, and timestamps.
- Cookies and similar technologies used to keep the site working, remember preferences, and measure aggregate traffic.
We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13, and our services are intended for business use by adults.
How we use your information
- Deliver the services you request, including preparing and submitting filings, applications, registrations, and creative deliverables.
- Verify identity and eligibility where a filing, permit, bank, insurer, lender, or trademark application requires it.
- Communicate with you about your project, deadlines, renewals, compliance notices, and legal mail forwarded to you.
- Process payments, maintain records, and provide customer support.
- Improve our website and services, prevent fraud and abuse, and maintain security.
- Send service updates and, where permitted, marketing messages you can unsubscribe from at any time.
- Comply with legal, tax, and recordkeeping obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
When we share information
We share information only when it is necessary to do the work you hired us for, or when the law requires it:
- Government agencies: Secretaries of State, the IRS, state tax authorities, the USPTO, and local licensing bodies, when we file on your behalf. Certain filing details, including business names and registered agent addresses, become public record by law.
- Service partners and vendors: registered agent and mail-handling providers, hosting and email providers, payment processors, accounting and bookkeeping platforms, insurance carriers and brokers, lenders and funding sources, print and fulfillment partners, and domain and email registrars, each limited to what their task requires.
- Professional advisors: attorneys and accountants engaged in connection with your matter or ours.
- Legal and safety: when required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of YaH Brands, our clients, or the public.
- Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
Your brand materials and ownership
Materials you upload remain yours. Final deliverables we create for you, including logos, brand kits, websites, and documents, transfer to you as described in your service agreement once payment is complete. We may display non-confidential finished work as a portfolio sample; tell us in writing and we will keep your project private.
Not legal, tax, or financial advice
YaH Brands is not a law firm, accounting firm, insurance carrier, or lender, and we do not provide legal, tax, insurance, or investment advice. We prepare and submit documents based on the information you provide, and you are responsible for its accuracy. Filing outcomes, approvals, timelines, and government fees are controlled by the relevant agency, not by us.
How we protect information
- Encryption in transit for data submitted through our website.
- Access limited to team members and vendors who need it to perform a service.
- Sensitive identifiers, such as those required for EIN or trademark filings, are collected only when a filing requires them and are retained no longer than necessary.
- Vendor agreements requiring confidentiality and appropriate safeguards.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Please do not send sensitive identifiers by unsecured email or text; ask us for a secure upload link instead.
How long we keep information
We retain client and filing records for as long as your engagement is active and afterward for as long as needed to meet legal, tax, and recordkeeping requirements, to support renewals and compliance deadlines, and to resolve disputes. You may ask us to delete information we are not required to keep.
Your choices and rights
- Access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information.
- Ask for a copy of the information you provided in a portable format.
- Opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us.
- Withdraw consent for optional processing, understanding some services cannot proceed without required information.
- Depending on your state or country, you may have additional rights, including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. You may authorize an agent to act for you, and we may need to verify your identity first.
