BusinessLaunch
- How long does BusinessLaunch take?
- State approval times vary. We’ll discuss your state’s current published processing time and any expedited option before filing.
- Do I need a registered agent?
- An LLC needs a registered agent in its formation state. We can discuss a separate agent service, provider availability, notice handling, and annual terms.
- Which state should I form in?
- You and your independent legal or tax adviser choose the entity type and formation state. We prepare and submit the filing you instruct us to make and explain the administrative requirements.
Branding & website
- What's included in a BrandSuite?
- BrandSuite can cover a logo, identity guidance, templates, and other brand applications. We will recommend the pieces you need and name the deliverables in your proposal.
- Can you build the site and hand it over?
- We’ll clarify domain ownership, platform access, content, hosting, and any handoff or ongoing support in your proposal.
- Do you write the copy?
- We can shape copy from your business information. The amount of writing and revision is agreed in the project scope.
