Accessibility Statement

Our commitment, our target standard, and how to reach us if something on this site gets in your way.

Our commitment

YaH Brands is committed to making its website and digital services accessible to people with disabilities. We work to provide a user experience that is substantially consistent with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, where reasonably practicable.

Target standard

Our target conformance standard is WCAG 2.2, Level AA. This includes the criteria added in WCAG 2.2 relating to keyboard focus appearance, focus not being obscured, minimum target size, accessible authentication, and dragging alternatives.

What we have implemented

  • Full keyboard operation of navigation, the services menu, service cards, forms, and the cookie notice, with a visible focus indicator at all times and a skip-to-content link.
  • Semantic structure: one main landmark per page, labelled navigation and footer regions, ordered headings, real buttons and links, and descriptive page titles.
  • Text alternatives for images that convey information; decorative imagery is marked so screen readers skip it.
  • Forms with visible labels, clearly identified required fields, input format hints, error messages in text (never color alone), an error summary that receives focus, and the ability to review and correct entries before submitting a request or a legally significant form.
  • Descriptive control names such as “View BusinessLaunch service” instead of “Click here,” and accessible names on icon-only controls.
  • Reduced-motion support for animated content, and layouts that remain usable at 200% zoom and on mobile without two-dimensional scrolling.
  • Captions for prerecorded video and transcripts for audio-only material we publish.

Ongoing testing

We combine automated scanning with manual keyboard and screen-reader testing of high-risk paths: the homepage, navigation, service pages, intake forms, contact, account access, and legal policy pages. Automated tools identify only part of the issues, so we test real workflows, including finding a service, understanding it, submitting an inquiry, purchasing, receiving confirmation, and contacting support, using a keyboard and a screen reader. New features, content, redesigns, and vendors are reviewed before launch, and we repeat audits periodically.

Automated overlays

We do not rely on an automated accessibility widget or overlay in place of remediation. Such tools may assist some visitors, but they do not by themselves make a site ADA or WCAG compliant. Our approach is manual testing and fixing the underlying code and content.

Third-party and vendor content

Some features rely on third parties, including payment processing, scheduling, customer portals, chat, domain tools, and embedded forms, and we do not control their code. We select vendors with accessibility support, seek accessibility commitments in vendor agreements where possible, and will provide an accessible alternative method of completing any transaction affected by a third-party barrier.

Known limitations

Third-party embeds, user-supplied content, and some legacy documents may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.2 AA. If you encounter one of these, contact us and we will provide the information or service through an accessible alternative while we work on a fix.

Reporting a barrier and requesting assistance

We continually review and improve our website's accessibility. If you experience difficulty accessing content, completing a transaction, using a form, or using any feature of our website, please contact us at access@yah-brands.com. Please include the webpage or feature involved and a description of the issue.

We will acknowledge your report and make reasonable efforts to provide the information, service, or assistance through an accessible alternative method, including completing your request by email or by phone appointment, while the issue is addressed.

Enforcement and formal complaints

If our response does not resolve your concern, you may escalate it by writing to us at the same address with “Accessibility Escalation” in the subject line. Nothing in this statement limits any right you may have under the Americans with Disabilities Act or other applicable law.
