Notice of Right to Opt-Out of Sale or Sharing of Personal Data

YaH Brands does not sell personal information for money or other valuable consideration, and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising as those terms are defined under U.S. state privacy laws. We also do not use personal information for profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects, and we do not knowingly sell or share the personal data of consumers under 16 years of age.

We do disclose information to vendors and government agencies when it is necessary to perform the services you request, for example filing agents, registered agent and mail providers, hosting and email providers, payment processors, and print partners. Those disclosures are made for a business purpose under written contracts that limit use of the information, and they are not sales or shares.

You may still submit an opt-out request below. We will honor it and apply it going forward, even though our current practices do not involve sale or sharing.

• “Sale” generally means disclosing personal information to a third party for monetary or other valuable consideration.
• “Sharing” (California) and “targeted advertising” (most other states) generally mean disclosing personal information to a third party so that ads can be selected for you based on activity across different businesses or services.
• Disclosures to a service provider, processor, or contractor that acts only on our instructions are not a sale or a share.

You may submit a request in any of the following ways:

• Email privacy@yah-brands.com with your privacy request.
• Use our contact form and select or describe your request — write “Opt out of sale/sharing” or “Do not sell my personal information.”
• Include the email address, phone number, or business name you used with us so we can locate your records.
• Enable a recognized universal opt-out signal in your browser, such as Global Privacy Control (GPC). Where required, we treat a GPC signal as a valid opt-out request for that browser and device.
• Adjust or withdraw cookie consent at any time using your browser settings or by declining non-essential cookies in our consent notice.

Depending on where you live, including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, and Virginia, and other states as their laws take effect, you may have the right to:

• Know what personal information we collect, the sources, the purposes, and the categories of recipients.
• Access or obtain a portable copy of the personal information you provided.
• Correct inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.
• Delete personal information, subject to exceptions for records we must keep for legal, tax, filing, or recordkeeping obligations.
• Opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, and certain profiling.
• Limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information to what is necessary to provide the services you requested.
• Not be discriminated against or retaliated against for exercising your privacy rights.

Nevada residents may submit a request that we not sell certain covered information. Washington and Nevada residents may also have rights regarding consumer health data under the My Health My Data Act and similar laws; we do not collect consumer health data in connection with our services.

Some filings we prepare at your direction legally require sensitive identifiers, such as an SSN or ITIN for an EIN application or officer and beneficial-owner details for corporate filings. We collect these only when a filing requires them, use them only for that purpose, never sell or share them, and retain them no longer than necessary.

You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We may ask the agent for written permission signed by you and may ask you to verify your identity directly. To protect your records, we verify requests by matching the information you provide against information already in our files. We will not use verification information for any other purpose.

We confirm receipt of rights requests within 10 business days where required and respond within 45 calendar days, with one extension of up to 45 additional days when reasonably necessary, and we will tell you if we need it. Opt-out requests are honored within 15 business days. If we decline a request, we will explain why. Where state law provides an appeal right, you may appeal by emailing privacy@yah-brands.com; we will respond in writing within 45 days and, if the appeal is denied, tell you how to contact your state attorney general.

Exercising these rights is free. We will not deny services, charge different prices, or provide a different level of quality because you exercised a privacy right. Some services simply cannot be completed without information a government agency, bank, insurer, or registrar requires, and declining to provide that information may mean we cannot perform that specific service.

We may update this notice as our practices or applicable law change. We will revise the "Last updated" date above, and material changes will be communicated to active clients. If we ever begin selling or sharing personal information as those terms are defined by law, we will update this notice first and provide a working opt-out mechanism before doing so.
